Aphelinus asychis Walker (Aphelinidae: Hymenoptera), a solitary endoparasitoid was recorded from Myzus persicae (Sulzer) infesting bell pepper Capsicum annuum L. under protected cultivation in India during December 2011. The per cent parasitisation ranged from 35 to 40% of population of M. persicae. Keywords

Indian Railway is a growth engine of Indian economy and contributes significantly in the growth of Indian economy and GDP. It is fourth largest transportation system in the world and it is also the largest employment generator, which employees more than 13 lakhs employees&during the year 2015, it carries 8.101 billion passengers. From past few decades the need and demand of customers has changed significantly and this is reflected in all sectors of economy who have transformed themselves from mere a service provider to customer oriented service providers. Indian Railway is not an exception. To keep up with the changing need and demand of customers, Indian Railway established Indian Railway Catering and Transport Corporation (IRCTC) in 1999. It is a public sector venture under Ministry of Railway which professionally manages hospitality and catering services on&off stations, on trains and global reservation system. Since then it is taking consistent steps towards improving service quality of IRCTC food outlets. Today it has over 200 food outlets.
The present paper is an attempt to determine service quality through assessment of expectation and perception of the customers visiting IRCTC food outlets. This research also uses modified questionnaire based upon DINESERV model to study the difference between perceived and expected service quality.

Its large capacity, low fares, high safety and no traffic jam makes it unique and primary mode of transportation. In fact, Indian railway has fourth largest network in world and largest under single management. It has lots of benefits to society but still service quality and customers' satisfaction is low as compared to other modes of transportation. For improving its service quality Indian Railway establish Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) for looking after its hospitality, catering and tourism business. The present research paper aims to identify customers' satisfaction and service quality through gap analysis between customers' expectations and perceptions visiting IRCTC food outlets with a focus of Uttar Pradesh. BACKGROUND: Needle pricks injury (NPI) is the most frequent occupational hazard for nurses and other health care workers (HCWs). It is the commonest route by which blood-borne viruses and/ or infections transmit from patients to healthcare workers. Good knowledge and safe injection practices are important concept for ANM’s. AIM AND OBJECTIVE: (1) To assess the level of knowledge on needle prick injury among ANM’s. (2) To assess level of preventive practice on needle prick injury among ANM’s. (3) To find out the association between knowledge and preventive practice of needle prick injury with selected demographic variable. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Study adopts quantitative approach and Non-experimental descriptive exploratory design was used to assess the knowledge and preventive practice of ANMs regarding needle prick injury. The population for the study was registered ANM’s working at sub center level in Etawah district. Probability simple random (lottery method) sampling technique is adopted. RESULT AND DISCUSSION: Study observed that knowledge regarding needle prick injury among ANM’s had a wide range i.e. 40% ANM had good knowledge, 50% ANM had average knowledge. ANM’s Practice observation finds out that majority (40%) ANM were belonging to good practice and 46.66% were belonging to average practice. Study find out that that association of knowledge level in ANM worker is significant with age and work experience (p<0.05). Association of preventive practice level in ANM worker was significant with duration of course (p<0.05).Keywords
